Online-function requirements

Identify the contract and account; display an unambiguous declaration; require a confirmation that is not preselected; record a server-side timestamp; stop renewal where relevant; determine access and refund; issue a durable notice containing the statement, date and time; maintain an audit trail and alternative channels.

Article 54-bis of the Italian Consumer Code is included in the current sources for contracts concluded from 19 June 2026. Applicability and copy must be professionally validated. The prototype displays disabled controls: this is not evidence that the process works.

Checkout and durable medium

Before the order, Owevaro must display the plan, total price and any applicable taxes determined in the Managed Payments checkout, billing frequency, renewal, charge date, duration, trial, limits, non-renewal, withdrawal, refund and applicable documents. The button must clearly state the obligation to pay. The durable copy includes the order, price, plan, date, Terms/version, withdrawal instructions, contact details and receipt.

The Stripe Customer Portal and cancellation of renewal at the end of the period are prepared. They do not yet evidence the withdrawal function, durable notice or refund: these flows remain closed and must be tested separately before sales begin.

No request for early performance, waiver, consent or ancillary declaration is preselected. The sales gate remains CLOSED.

Status in_review: the document is not represented as signed or effective. The real-data, sales, external-AI, OAuth and Usage Watch gates remain closed.
