Canonical public document
Cookies and storage technologies
> Published English translation confirmed by the owner on 17 August 2026. The Italian source remains canonical and prevails in the event of a discrepancy. The underlying document retains status in_review and effective_from: null.
This notice describes the technologies present on the Owevaro domain as of the review date. It is a draft undergoing professional review. Closing the technical notice does not constitute consent.
Current configuration
Owevaro does not set advertising cookies and does not use profiling, fingerprinting or optional analytics. The current application code and build do not write first-party cookies through document.cookie, tag managers or third-party trackers. The only catalogued local technologies are necessary for requested access, security, release recovery and operation of the PWA.
Because no optional technologies are active, the interface displays an informational notice rather than a consent banner. Any future non-essential technology must remain blocked before the user's choice and provide rejection, granular choice and withdrawal as easily as acceptance.
Inventory on the Owevaro domain
| Technology/key | Operator | Purpose and data | Activation | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
owevaro-technical-storage-notice-v2 in localStorage | Owevaro | stores only the value dismissed so the notice is not repeatedly displayed | when the user selects “Close†| until the user clears site data in the browser; no independent expiry |
| Supabase session in local memory managed by the client | Owevaro / Supabase | tokens and technical data needed to maintain and renew the requested session; the key is generated by the client based on the project | after login | until logout, revocation, session expiry or deletion of site data |
owevaro:chunk-recovery in sessionStorage | Owevaro | technical timestamp used after a loading error to prevent reload loops | only after a vite:preloadError | browser-tab session; the check limits a new attempt for 60 seconds |
| Workbox Service Worker and Cache Storage | Owevaro | HTML, CSS, JavaScript, fonts, icons and the static PWA shell for installation, launch and updates | when visiting/installing the PWA | until a release update or deletion of site data |
The PWA cache is not designed to store contracts, workspace records or API responses. The transitive presence of the workbox-google-analytics module among dependencies does not mean it is active: the current configuration does not use it.
Login and external domains
If the user chooses a login provider or connects Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook or Microsoft Calendar, the user is also directed to the selected provider's pages. Google, Microsoft or Apple may use cookies or other technologies on their own domains under their respective notices and settings; those technologies are not set by the Owevaro domain. Email and calendar integrations remain limited to the authorised private test.
Technical logs
Hosting, API, security and providers may generate technical logs such as IP address, user agent, time, route, response code and event identifiers. Server logs are not data stored on the user's device. Purposes, candidate legal bases and retention are described in the Privacy Notice and Retention Policy; the actual duration of provider logs remains subject to verification.
Legal basis
The local technologies listed above are classified as technically necessary for the requested function, security or transmission of the service, within the scope of Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and applicable GDPR rules. This classification must be reviewed whenever code, provider or purpose changes and does not authorise the silent introduction of optional tools.
Managing or deleting local data
Logging out ends the application session and removes authentication data managed by the client in accordance with the provider flow. Browser settings allow the user to clear local storage, session data, cache and Service Workers. Deletion may require a new login, display the notice again and re-download PWA resources.
For requests or reports: info@lentita.com or a.epure@pec.it. The controller's identity, rights and complaints are described in the Owevaro Privacy Notice.
Review
The inventory must be reviewed before introducing analytics, marketing, embedded content, third-party chat, A/B tests, new SDKs, push notifications, new authentication providers or PWA changes. Source/build scans and runtime checks do not replace periodic verification in browsers and on provider domains.
