Non-effective draft that may not be used for sales. Service provider: Alin Daniel Epure, Italian VAT number 17835711007, Via Antonio Banfi 10, 00166 Rome, Italy; info@lentita.com; certified email (PEC): a.epure@pec.it.

Service and requirements

Owevaro is a web app/PWA that organises contracts, deadlines, revenue and evidence and produces informational analyses with citations and human review. It requires a modern browser, an internet connection and a supported account. Compatibility, interoperability, support and updates must be evidenced before sales begin.

Owevaro is not a law firm or accounting firm, does not provide definitive advice, does not guarantee recovery of money, and does not determine whether a contract or clause is valid or invalid.

Account, age and acceptable use

The service is restricted to adults. The user's declaration is not strong age verification. Unauthorised access, malware, real data while the system is in synthetic_only, special-category data, criminal-offence data, minors' data, infringement of third-party rights and use of outputs without verification are prohibited. The prohibition on special-category data, criminal-offence data and minors' data is permanent and does not depend on the purchased plan.

Content and third-party data

The user retains their rights and grants only the technical licence necessary to provide the service. Before any real document may be processed, the legal basis, necessity, Article 14 notice and minimisation requirements concerning counterparties and third parties must be resolved. A declaration of authorisation does not satisfy those obligations.

Price, trial, duration and renewal

The prepared catalogue includes Creator (€19/month or €180/year), Creator Pro (€39/month or €372/year), Studio (€79/month or €756/year) and Agency (€149/month or €1,428/year). The planned Creator Pro trial lasts 30 days, permits up to three contracts, requires no payment card and does not renew automatically. No plan is currently available for purchase and no charge is authorised.

For future enabled Checkout Sessions, Owevaro has prepared Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe presents and manages the tax elements within its responsibility as merchant of record for the transaction, according to country, eligibility and service terms. The total price and any applicable taxes, billing frequency, charge date, duration, renewal and limits must nevertheless be displayed before the order and provided on a durable medium. The button must state the obligation to pay unambiguously.

Digital service, changes and suspension

Before sales begin, conformity, updates including security updates, remedies, support, proportionate suspension and notification of changes must be defined. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

Withdrawal, cancellation, refunds and account deletion

Withdrawal, non-renewal, account deletion and termination for breach are distinguished in WITHDRAWAL-PROCEDURE.md. The Stripe Customer Portal and cancellation at the end of the billing period are prepared, but the service does not yet provide durable confirmation of withdrawal or a tested refund flow; sales remain disabled. No early performance request or waiver is preselected.

Export and termination

The portable export includes tenant-scoped data, relationships, metadata and documents and has been tested only with synthetic data. Switching assistance, recovery period, contractual conditions and practical applicability of the Data Act remain to be approved before sales begin.

Complaints, ADR, governing law and jurisdiction

Complaints may be sent to the stated contacts. The EU ODR platform has been discontinued. Applicable ADR bodies, governing law and final wording require validation; mandatory consumer jurisdiction remains unaffected. No limitation excludes mandatory liability or remedies.

Status in_review: the document is not represented as signed or effective. The real-data, sales, external-AI, OAuth and Usage Watch gates remain closed.
